5. Orders and Purchases
Soluminous sells products through a network of authorised installers and, in some cases, directly to end customers or businesses. The following terms apply to product purchases:
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
- Payment terms are specified at the time of order and must be met before goods are dispatched
- Title to goods passes to you upon full payment and delivery
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the specified address
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to shipping carrier delays, customs clearance, extreme weather events, or supply chain disruptions. Installation of electrical products must be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian standards and local regulations. Soluminous does not directly perform installations; installation services are provided by independent authorised installers who are responsible for the quality and safety of their work.
7. Warranty
Soluminous products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified in the product documentation provided with your system. Standard warranty periods are:

- Hybrid Inverters: 10 years
- Battery Storage: 10 years (with capacity retention guarantee)
- Commercial Inverters: 5 years (extendable)
- EV Chargers: 3 years

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. It does not cover damage caused by improper installation, unauthorised modifications, extreme environmental conditions outside product specifications, or failure to maintain the product as specified in the user manual. Full warranty terms are provided with your product documentation. In addition, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soluminous Pty Ltd excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or any products purchased through it.
