Careers

We are early and small. When we do hire it will be in the areas below, and the fastest way to hear about it is to send us something now rather than watch a page that only changes twice a year.

Send us something
Where we will hire first

Nothing here is a posted vacancy. It is an honest description of what the business will need as it grows, so you can judge whether it is worth your time getting in touch.

Technical support

People who can read a fault code and talk an electrician through an isolation procedure without reading from a script. Trade background counts for more here than a call-centre CV.

Warehouse and logistics

Stock in the right state at the right time is the entire warranty promise. Unglamorous, and closer to the customer experience than anything else we do.

Sales and account management

Talking to electricians and solar businesses about margin, stock and callbacks. If your instinct is to open with a value proposition, this will not suit you.

Engineering and design

System design, load-profile modelling, and the compliance work behind a grid connection. Commercial and utility scale in particular.

Before you write

What it is actually like here.

Small enough that there is nobody to hand a problem to. The whole company position rests on every published claim being verifiable, which means a lot of internal arguments end with someone going and finding the source. If that sounds tedious rather than satisfying, this is not the right place.

We would rather hear plainly what you have done and what you are good at than read a paragraph about your passion for the energy transition.

Useful to include

  • What you have actually done, with enough detail to be checkable.
  • Where you are, and whether you need to be near a warehouse or a customer.
  • Any trade licence or accreditation you hold, and its currency.
  • The kind of work you would rather not do again.
  • A rough idea of what you are looking for, so neither of us wastes a fortnight.

Including to say there is nothing right now, which is the answer most of the time at this stage. It is still a better answer than silence.
