Free for trade accounts, in person where we can get enough people in a room and online where we cannot. The point is that the first system you commission is not the one you learn on, in front of a paying customer.
You can do them together over a day, or take the ones you need. Most people who have installed other brands for years still find something in the monitoring session.
Product and commissioning
Hands on with a live unit. Wiring, isolation, the commissioning sequence, and the settings that matter for AS/NZS 4777.2 compliance. The bulk of it is the parts of the manual people skip.
Monitoring and diagnostics
Registering a system properly, setting up the customer’s access, and reading the fault history remotely. This is the session that turns callouts into phone calls.
Battery and backup design
Sizing storage against a real load profile, choosing between high-voltage and low-voltage stacks, and specifying a backup circuit that does what the customer thinks it will.
Explaining it in a kitchen
Not a sales course. What to say when a homeowner asks whether the company will still exist in ten years, or where the hardware is made — because those questions land on you, not on us.
We are not going to publish a calendar we cannot fill.
Sessions run where there are enough installers to justify getting a trainer and a pallet of demonstration hardware into a room. Register your interest with your city on it and we will tell you when one is scheduled near you — and if your state is quiet, we will run it online rather than leaving you waiting for a quorum.
Trade accounts also get a first unit on us. Putting one on your own roof before a customer’s is, in practice, the most useful training available.
Tell us when you register
- Your city or region, and how far you would realistically travel.
- How many people from your business would come.
- Whether you have installed hybrid inverters and batteries before.
- Which sessions you actually want — you do not have to take all four.
- Whether in person or online suits you better.
What goes wrong on site, what the firmware does badly, which settings the manual explains poorly. We would rather hear it from you early than from a customer late.
